Control Your Calendar = Control Your Time

Control Your Calendar

Change your calendar view in Outlook to Week view to manage your work better Day view is too myopic, while Month view is too broad.

In your Outlook Calendar choose: View > Work Week

Control Your Time

Using the Week view allows you to immediately gauge your meetings and commitments to avoid over-committing.

It’s also easier to schedule your tasks and projects, so you can effectively manage your workload.

Instead of the Day or Month View, use the Week view to stay focused on the next 3-7 days.

The Paperless Office At Last

Paperless Progress

File photos instead of paper notes:

1. Hand-write note
2. Photograph note
3. Email photo to yourself
4. Drag file to appropriate folder
5. Delete file
6. Discard paper note

Photograph & File Paper notes

By eliminating paper processes and storing information virtually, you can save paper costs and time.

For people who dislike typing information into CRM (Customer Relations Management), just photograph your notes and place the graphic in the CRM.

Digital copies are easier to access electronically and, unlike paper files, they can be encrypted for maximum security.

Even electronic contracts and signatures are becoming common, although you’ll want to review your company’s policy first.
