<p>Change your calendar view in Outlook to Week view to manage your work better Day view is too myopic, while Month view is too broad<strong>.</strong></p>
<p>In your Outlook Calendar choose: View &gt; Work Week</p>
<p><strong>Control Your Time</strong></p>
<p>Using the Week view allows you to immediately gauge your meetings and commitments to avoid over-committing.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also easier to schedule your tasks and projects, so you can effectively manage your workload.</p>
<p>Instead of the Day or Month View, use the Week view to stay focused on the next 3-7 days.</p>
