Our interactive group seminars combine the best of live training with hands-on application. Participants bring their laptops with them and listen to an overview presentation of efficiency concepts and then implement on the spot.
We provide one efficiency coach™ for every 8 participants to ensure we can give participants individual attention, answering their questions and helping customize efficiency solutions for their specific challenges.
Every participant receives a half hour 1-on-1 follow-up session with an efficiency coach to further reinforce concepts and address individual and corporate work organization challenges.
